Balancing Past, Present and Future

There is no use burying yourself in long-gone memories, as you can do nothing about whatever has happened already

The mind is a very clever craftsman, good at weaving numerous intricate designs in the form of thoughts. You have the option to lose yourself in the labyrinth of those thoughts, or master them, training and taming your mind to blissful silence.

When you are at peace with yourself and all your thoughts have faded into the background, it becomes easy for you to make the best out of this journey called life. The first step towards this is balancing the past, present and future.

The past is no more. There is no use burying yourself in long-gone memories, as you can do nothing about whatever has happened already. Do not worry about what the future may be, for it is yet to come.

Focus on the present moment. If you can live the present well, you have built a strong foundation for a bright future.
