Make an Attempt
understand that everyone is good; there will be no worries
A Western Philosopher Mark Twain gathered his followers to him one day and propounded ‘if you assemble in one place, look up at the sky and together yell ‘ho ho’ , and in two minutes time, the moon will echo your sound ‘ho ho’. Everyone assembled. But none yelled ‘ho ho’! For, each one wanted to hear the sound echoing back and not miss it while saying the words. The world is a funny place. If a Mahaan says something like what Vivekananda said, ‘understand that everyone is good; there will be no worries’, how many people have that interest?
When will you understand that you are the divine yourself, when you do not make an attempt to be serious about spirituality? When I say Mr. X is God, where is the question of their taking off? They are not even interested, in the first place!
