Youth have a lot of time at your disposal

If any habit is going to spoil your health do not get into it. Anything should be balanced in life. You should not torture your body. At the same time, you should not indulge in sumptuousness. You can lead a proper life by creating a balance between the two. How many people live such a life?

Youth have a lot of time at your disposal. Yet, many don’t bother about physical fitness. They read, sleep, eat and watch T.V. But when they become 70, they’d be holding a walking stick and walking on the beach. Does it matter whether you exercise or not at that age? Instead, they could have practiced physical fitness when they were young, isn’t it? They could have exercised, practiced Yoga – there are so many different methods.

They do not do all this when they are in good health – when their end is drawing near they call out God’s name. When you are near the end, how are you going to benefit by trying to become physically fit? All this requires good planning.

When people decide that a spiritual awakening is ready for them, let them come to me. I can take care of them. My reply is ‘I am ready, are you?
