Jeevathma - Paramathma
The ultimate goal of this life is to melt into oneness with the Lord
When the time comes for the river called Jeevathma to merge with the Ocean that is the Paramathma, both the Jeevathma and Paramathma enjoy identical ecstasy. The ultimate goal of this life is to melt into oneness with the Lord. There is nothing but this. When the river merges with the ocean, only the ocean exists. Once the Jeevathma merges with the Paramathma, the Jeevathma attains the identity of Paramathma.
There is no greater bliss a soul can enjoy. That moment when a fast flowing river rushes to merge with the ocean is sheer bliss because the journey is getting over. And for its part, the ocean flows around two miles inland to ‘receive’ the river. Just as the river rushes downstream to merge with the ocean, so also the ocean surges forward to meet up with the river.
Mind Taming is the state of being above the relativity of good and bad thoughts; the experience of having attained the zenith.
