Control Anger Before it Controls You

Anger is the greatest foe.

It is okay to express your displeasure with someone as long as you do not use harsh words, for anger disturbs the person harboring it as well as the recipient. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. You can show your disapproval by professing an angry face or increasing the tone of your voice. But you must ensure you do not wound anyone.

Also, an angry man will find it very difficult to make friends and retain them. Anger is the greatest foe. It kills everyone around you, including yourself. It creates confusion everywhere.

Adopt some technique to control the violence inherent in man — through meditation or some physically taxing game like football, boxing etc.

I function as a normal human being to illustrate by example that you too can realize divinity.
