Faith
Keep the doors of your heart always open for God. Then God will come to you.

There was a saint called Thyagabrahmam. He was an ardent lover of Rama. He used to worship an idol of Rama. Infuriated that the saint Thyagaraja was absorbed in thoughts of Rama always and not earning for a worldly living, his brother threw this Idol in the river.
Thyagabrahmam had never thought that he was worshipping a stone idol. For him, the idol was Rama Himself. So, he told his wife, ‘Rama is angry with me. So He has run away from the house. I will go in search of Him, plead with Him and bring Him home’. His wife said, ‘I will also come with you to search for Rama’. But Thyagabrahmam said, ‘No, no, suppose the angry Rama pacifies Himself and returns home, and He sees the closed door of our house, He will become angry. You wait here; I will search for Rama and bring Him. In the meantime, if He comes back, tell Him, “Rama please do not get angry. My husband has gone searching for You only. He will come back any moment. Kindly wait”.
This is faith! Keeping the doors of our office and keeping the doors of home, keeping the doors of our heart always open for God. Then God will come to you. If you are doing this, you have understood spirituality.
If you have enough faith in your own beliefs, you will find that it is impossible to be offended by the belief and conduct of others.
