Those who study at a university, graduate to become masters, don’t they? To make you masters, I have to exercise firm discipline.

You have been, for a certain period of time - thirty years, forty years, in a society with a different school of thought, a different face altogether. You have been charmed into Samratchana. But it will take sometime for your vasanas to leave you. That requires training. It will take its own course.

I insist on perfection as a first step towards excellence. Why have I created such a huge organization and been moulding everyone for over ten to twenty years? We are fashioning a new world; that’s why. All this is like training at a university. One day, you will be masters.

You all belong to a team that is all set to lead the entire world. Success is certain. But it will not happen in one day. It will happen slowly. You must co-operate in this effort, if you want to share in the success of this God’s Venture
